Public Advisory: Public Information Sessions Planned for Labrador West

Members of the general public, including workers impacted by the idling of the Cliffs Natural Resources iron ore mine in Wabush, are invited to attend information sessions on programs, retraining options and job-search supports available through the Department of Advanced Education and Skills.

The sessions will take place in the Grenfell Room of the Wabush Hotel as follows:
        Thursday, February 27     2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
        Friday, February 28         8:30 a.m.

Following these meetings, individual follow-up sessions with departmental staff will be arranged.
