Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in Opening of 2013 St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival

The Honourable Terry French, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will speak at the opening gala of the 2013 St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival today (Tuesday, October 22). The opening takes place at the St. John’s Arts and Culture Centre, beginning at 8:00 p.m.
