Media Advisory: Minister to Make Funding Announcement for Archival Association

The Honourable Terry French, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will speak at the Association of Newfoundland and Labrador Archives annual general meeting tomorrow (Friday, June 21) at 12:30 p.m. The event is taking place at the E.B. Foran Room, City Hall, St. John’s.

Minister French will also make a funding announcement regarding archival resources in the province.

The Association of Newfoundland and Labrador Archives is an umbrella organization which provides support and programming to heritage societies and groups whose mandate it is to preserve and manage archival holdings.
