2013 Hall of Fame Cup Basketball Rankings

The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association has released the second set of rankings for the Hall of Fame Cup (Elite Eight) Championship to be held February 22-24. The event is scheduled for the Newfoundland and Labrador Sports Centre in St. John’s.

Over 300 game results have been forwarded to the provincial office to assist with the rankings formulated below. Roger Head, Chair of the Elite Eight Program, is pleased with the amount of scores reported and urges all hosts to report scores immediately following their event. The committee has set February 10 as the final day to submit game results.

Results from tournaments held prior to January 25 have been included for the current rankings. Below is a list of male and female teams according to current statistics.

4. Booth 4. Mount Pearl
5. Laval 5. Holy Heart
6. St. Kevin’s 6. Bishops

The Selection Committee is urging all tournament hosts to fax results to the provincial office immediately upon conclusion of events. The final set of rankings will be made public on Tuesday, February 12.
