The Honourable Kevin O’Brien, Minister of Municipal Affairs, will attend a number of events in the District of Grand Bank tomorrow (Wednesday, August 7). The minister will be joined by the Honourable Darin King, Minister of Justice and MHA for Grand Bank.
At 8:00 a.m., the minister will be at the Garnish Community Centre to announce funding for the facility.
At 9:30 a.m., the minister will be at the Grand Bank Municipal Centre to announce municipal capital works funding for the Town of Grand Bank.
At 11:00 a.m., the minister will be at the Fortune Fire Hall to announce municipal capital works funding for the Town of Fortune.
At 12:30 p.m., the minister will be at the Point May Council Building to unveil a potable water dispensing unit.
At 2:00 p.m., the minister will be at the Lawn Council Building to unveil a potable water dispensing unit.
At 4:00 p.m., the minister will make a funding announcement at the St. Lawrence Fire Hall.
