Media Advisory: Minister to Mark Family Literacy Day

The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Education, will join participants in the Tots Time program at the A.C. Hunter Public Library in St. John’s tomorrow (Friday, January 25) to mark Family Literacy Day in Newfoundland and Labrador. Minister Jackman will take part in the program, which involves children from birth to age two, and speak about the ongoing development of new early childhood literacy programming. The event gets underway at 11:00 a.m.
