Media Advisory: Minister to Meet with Participants of Sector Skills Program

The Honourable Joan Shea, Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, will visit with students and staff participating in the Sector Skills employment program at the Bay St. George campus of College of the North Atlantic (CNA) in Stephenville on Monday, September 9. Minister Shea will be joined by Ann Marie Vaughan, President and Chief Executive Officer, College of the North Atlantic, at 11:00 a.m. in room 11 of the campus’s L.A. Bown Building, 15 Washington Drive.

Sector Skills, offered at seven CNA campuses, is a unique partnership between College of the North Atlantic, the Provincial Government and employers designed to help individuals improve employment prospects through a combination of in-class training and on-the-job experience.
