Provincial Basketball Teams at Nationals

The Provincial Midget (U15) Girls’ team is two and two at the nationals in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Yesterday the NL team was defeated by Saskatchewan 62 to 52. Kelsey Moore was the top NL scorer of this game with 16 points. The NL team plays Prince Edward Island for 9^th and 10^th placing today at 4:15 p.m. today, NL time.

The Juvenile (U17) Girls’ was defeated by Manitoba yesterday 63 to 57 giving them a one and three standing; Sydney Ezekiel was the top scorer with 29 points. The NL team plays Prince Edward Island for 9^th and 10^th placing today at 4:15 p.m. today, NL time.
