Provincial Basketball Teams at Nationals

The Provincial Midget (U15) Girls team is two and zero at the nationals in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Yesterday the NL team defeated Nova Scotia 70 to 60. Kelsey Moore was the top NL scorer of this game with 19 points. The NL team plays British Columbia at 6:30 pm today, NL time.

The Juvenile (U17) Girls team was defeated by Manitoba yesterday 75 to 68 giving them a one and one standing; Sydney Ezekiel was the top scorer with 28 points. The NL team faces New Brunswick at 2:00 NL time today.
