2013 Midget Developmental Program Travels to Prince Edward Island

The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association will be sending six teams to the Red Rock Classic basketball tournament in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island this week. The 2013 Midget Developmental Program will be sending three boys and three girl’s teams to the event.

There are 34 teams from Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island attending this year’s classic playing a total of 68 games over three days of non-stop basketball.

Play is set to commence at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 6, and will conclude with the championship games slated for Sunday, July 8.
