Short Course Provincial Swimming Championships Set for This Weekend

Swimmers representing 12 swim clubs from all around the Island and Labrador will compete this weekend at the Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland Pool in Corner Brook during the 2012 Short Course Provincial Championships. There will be almost 300 individual races plus 21 relays.

Warm ups for the competition get underway at 9:00 a.m. on Friday with heats and finals following. Full days of heats and finals continue on Saturday and Sunday.

Individual age group and team awards will be presented at the wrap up of Sunday’s finals session.
