Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Sportfest Launch

The Honourable Derrick Dalley, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will be at Techniplex in St. John’s tomorrow (Wednesday, March 14) at 10:00 a.m. to bring greetings at the launch of Sportfest, hosted by Sport Newfoundland and Labrador. Techniplex is located at 39 Churchill Avenue (Pleasantville) in St. John’s.

Sportfest is an interactive sport and fitness event taking place May 10-12. The launch is intended to raise awareness for the event to schools, families, and youth of all ages.
