Public Advisory: Technical Difficulties Affect Some Services
at Motor Registration Division Head Office

The public are advised that the Motor Registration Division head office on Smallwood Drive, Mount Pearl, is experiencing computer technical difficulties. As a result, some transactions may not be available. This would include printing driver licences or learner permits and issuing driving records. Other services may be available manually such as the transfer of vehicles and issuing stickers. Vehicle renewal services are still available online at www.eservices.gov.nl.ca. 

While these technical difficulties are ongoing, clients may experience longer than usual wait times. Service NL is working with its service providers to correct the issue as soon as possible. Service NL apologizes for any inconvenience.
