Office of the Citizens’ Representative - Information and Intake Sessions

The Office of the Citizens’ Representative will be conducting information and intake sessions in Springdale, Grand Falls-Windsor, and Gander during the week of June 25 to 29.

Appointments are available as follows:

• Springdale: June 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Riverwood Inn
• Grand Falls-Windsor: June 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Mount Peyton Hotel
• Gander: June 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Hotel Gander

The Citizens’ Representative is an Officer of the House of Assembly and is independent of both the political process and government administration. The office can investigate and resolve complaints about Provincial Government departments and agencies, and recommend corrective action. Services are free and confidential.
