Commissioner to Review Complaint Against MHA

The Commissioner for Legislative Standards, Victor Powers, confirmed today that he received a request, dated September 20, 2012, from Yvonne Jones (MHA, Cartwright - L’anse au Clair) to investigate a matter involving the alleged involvement of David Brazil (MHA, Conception Bay East - Bell Island) with the Adult Basic Education Project on Bell Island. The commissioner is currently reviewing the matter in accordance with the mandate of his office.
