Public Advisory: New Telephone Numbers for Reporting Problem Wildlife

The Department of Natural Resources advises the public that telephone numbers to report nuisance or problem wildlife, which often involve animals such as black bears and polar bears, coyotes, moose and beavers, have changed.

To better direct the public, the old telephones numbers will remain active for a week to ensure no calls are missed. Those using the old numbers to report nuisance or problem wildlife will be directed to the Department of Natural Resources telephone numbers which are posted below.

Those reporting nuisance or problem wildlife should note that standby telephone numbers will be used after normal office hours. District office and standby telephone numbers are as follows:

Eastern Region
