Media Advisory: Minister to Attend International Mineral Convention and Trade Show

The Honourable Jerome Kennedy, Minister of Natural Resources, will attend the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s (PDAC) international convention and trade show in Toronto, Ontario. The minister will address conference delegates at a reception hosted by the provincial Department of Natural Resources and the Newfoundland and Labrador Chamber of Mineral Resources on Monday, March 5. The reception will take place in the Upper Canada Room of the Fairmont Royal York at 5:00 p.m.

PDAC is a national association representing the interests of the mineral exploration and development industry. The premiere convention and trade show runs March 4-7 and attracts approximately 30,000 participants from 120 countries to explore potential business and networking opportunities.
