Media Advisory: Minister to Make Announcement in Portugal Cove - St. Philip’s

The Honourable Kevin O’Brien, Minister of Municipal Affairs, will announce details tomorrow (Thursday, August 16) of the Multi-Year Capital Works funding allocated for Portugal Cove - St. Philip’s.

Minister O’Brien will be joined by David Brazil, MHA for Conception Bay East - Bell Island; Bill Fagan, Mayor of the Town of Portugal Cove - St. Philip’s; and community partners.

The event gets underway at 11:30 a.m. at the Voisey’s Brook Soccer Pitch, off Indian Meal Line.
