The Honourable Kevin O'Brien, Minister of Municipal Affairs, today announced municipal capital works funding in Torbay. The Minister was joined by Kevin Parsons, MHA for Cape St. Francis; His Worship Robert Codner, Mayor of Torbay: His Worship Kevin Butt, Mayor of Flatrock; and Walter Butt, Councillor, Town of Pouch Cove.
