Media Advisory: Minister to Attend
Corrections Exemplary Service Medals Ceremony

The Honourable Felix Collins, Minister of Justice and the Attorney General, will attend the Corrections Exemplary Service Medals Ceremony tomorrow (Wednesday, October 17) at 2:00 p.m. at The Rooms, Bonaventure Avenue, St. John’s. Minister Collins will join His Honour the Honourable John C. Crosbie, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The ceremony recognizes the dedication and continued service of correctional officers throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. Eight exemplary service medals will be presented, along with six certificates of commissions, eight 30-year bars of service and one Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Chief’s Commendation Award.
