The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, will speak at the Colony of Avalon Foundation’s annual general meeting tonight (Thursday, October 18).

The event will take place at the Colony of Avalon Visitors Centre, 1 The Pool Road, Ferryland, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
