Media Advisory: Minister to Announce Significant
Investment in Research at Memorial University

The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister Responsible for the Research & Development Corporation (RDC), will announce funding for more than 30 academic researchers at Memorial University on Tuesday, October 9 at 2:00 p.m. Minister Hutchings will be joined by Glenn Janes, Chief Executive Officer, RDC, and Dr. Gary Kachanoski, President and Vice-Chancellor of Memorial University.

The event will take place in the D.F. Cook Recital Hall (M.O. Morgan Music Building) on Memorial University’s St. John’s campus. A reception will follow.
