Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in the
Eat Atlantic Food Product of the Year Awards Ceremony

The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, will participate in the Eat Atlantic Food Product of the Year Awards ceremony tomorrow (Thursday, August 30). The event will take place at 11:00 a.m. at Newfoundland Chocolate Company on 166 Duckworth Street in St. John’s.

The Atlantic Food Product of the Year is the centrepiece of the Eat Atlantic Challenge, a buy-local campaign organized and sponsored by Co-op Atlantic and the region’s Co-op stores throughout Atlantic Canada since 2008. For more information, please visit www.eatatlantic.ca .
