The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, will speak at the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University’s graduation ceremony today (Friday, June 15). The ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University in St. John’s.
