Media Advisory: Minister to Make Health Care Funding Announcements on the Burin Peninsula
The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Health and Community Services, will make health care funding announcements in the communities of Burin, St. Lawrence and Grand Bank tomorrow (Thursday, July 26).
Minister Sullivan will be joined by the Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Education and MHA for Burin-Placentia West; the Honourable Darin King, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture and MHA for Grand Bank; Calvin Peach, MHA for Bellevue; and, Vickie Kaminski, President and CEO, Eastern Health.
The event in Burin will take place in the Burin Peninsula Healthcare Centre at 9:00 a.m.
The event in St. Lawrence will take place in the U.S. Memorial Community Health Centre at 1:00 p.m.
The event in Grand Bank will take place at the Grand Bank Health Care Centre at 3:00 p.m.
