Media Advisory: Premier to Join Prime Minister for Announcement

The Honourable Kathy Dunderdale, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will be in Happy Valley-Goose Bay today for an announcement. She will join Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada; Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence; Peter Penashue, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs and President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada; and, Nova Scotia Premier Darrell Dexter.

This event will begin at 2:00 p.m., 5 Wing Goose Bay, Canuck Club, International Room Building 310. The event will be preceded by a photo opportunity at 1:45 p.m.

Media must present proper accreditation and arrive no later than 1:15 p.m. for the photo opportunity and 1:30 p.m. for the announcement.
