Media Advisory: Premier to Attend RCMP Change of Command Ceremony
The Honourable Kathy Dunderdale, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will attend the Royal Canadian Mounted Police “B” Division Change in Command Ceremony today (Thursday, October 4). The ceremony will take place at 1:00 p.m. at RCMP Headquarters, 100 White Hills Road, St. John’s. Premier Dunderdale will be joined by the Honourable Felix Collins, Minister of Justice and Attorney General.
During this ceremony Assistant Commissioner Bill Smith will pass command of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Newfoundland and Labrador to Assistant Commissioner Tracy Hardy.
