Media Advisory: Minister to Celebrate Orientation to Trades and Technology Program

The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, will speak at an event celebrating the 50th course offering of the Orientation to Trades and Technology program at 2:00 p.m. today (Thursday, August 16). This event takes place at the Comfort Inn, St. John’s.

A partnership of Women in Resource Development Corporation and College of the North Atlantic, Orientation to Trades and Technology is designed to give women practical knowledge of natural resource-based industries while sharing information about career opportunities in this challenging and rewarding field.
