Media Advisory: Premier Dunderdale to Officially Open Baie Verte School
The Honourable Kathy Dunderdale, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will officially open Copper Ridge Academy, a new K-12 school in Baie Verte, tomorrow (Wednesday, February 15). The Premier’s visit will begin with a tour of the facility at 12:30 p.m., followed by the official opening ceremonies at 1:00 p.m.
Premier Dunderdale will be joined by the Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Education; Kevin Pollard, MHA for Baie Verte-Springdale; as well as representatives from the Nova Central School Board and municipal representatives from communities in the area serviced by the new school.
