MOU Signing between and the Department of Child, Youth and
Family Services and the Nunatsiavut Government

The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services, and Patricia Kemuksigak, Minister of Health and Social Development, were joined by the Honourable Felix Collins, Minister for Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs; the Honourable Nick McGrath, Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs; Nunatsiavut President Sarah Leo; staff of both the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services and the Nunatsiavut Government; as well as Inuit elders and foster parents for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services and the Nunatsiavut Government in Nain on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.
