Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Attend Awards Ceremony for College of the North Atlantic

Dan Crummell, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, will present the Florence O’Neil and Centenary of Responsible Government Scholarships at the annual awards ceremony for College of the North Atlantic - St. John’s region.

The event takes place today (Friday, November 30) at 2:00 p.m. at the Prince Philip Drive campus.

The Florence O'Neill Adult Education Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students enrolled in the Level 3 Adult Basic Education Program in College of the North Atlantic who attained the highest marks in the provincial scholarship exam.

The Centenary of Responsible Government Scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic achievement to a student registered in a course of study at Memorial University, the Marine Institute, or College of the North Atlantic.
