Media Advisory: Minister to Speak at National Conference

The Honourable Joan Burke, Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, will address the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada National Conference tomorrow (Thursday, May 17). The conference is taking place at the Delta Hotel in St. John’s. Minister Burke will speak at approximately 8:30 a.m.

Held every two years, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada National Conference brings together 250-300 Club Executive Directors, staff and volunteers from across the country to strategize about club programs which help children and youth.
