Public Advisory: Caribou Warning Issued for Northern Peninsula

The Department of Transportation and Works wishes to advise motorists to drive with caution on route 430 from Castor River to St. Barbe due to the number of caribou in the area. Caribou often travel in groups that can be as large as 200, and so there may be greater risk of collisions with these animals.
