Public Advisory: MV Northern Ranger to Continue Service as Weather Permits

The Department of Transportation and Works advises that the MV Northern Ranger will continue to travel to communities of Labrador into the late fall as weather and ice conditions permit.

The final scheduled departure from Happy Valley-Goose Bay is Monday, November 21. The vessel will complete the route to ports north, and then return to Happy Valley-Goose Bay where it will be available to continue service as required.

Customers are asked to book in advance, as walk-on service will not be guaranteed after November 21. The vessel will continue to travel to ports of call as bookings are received and as weather and ice conditions remain favourable.

Information on schedules and bookings can be obtained by phoning CAI Nunatsiavut Marine Inc. at 1-877-896-7075 within Canada or 1-506-858-9963 internationally, or by visiting www.labradorferry.ca .
