Long Course Provincial Swimming Championships Set for This Weekend

Swimmers representing 10 swim clubs from all around the island and Labrador will compete this weekend (May 27-29) at the Aquarena in St. John’s during the 2011 Long Course Provincial Championships. There will be over 230 individual races plus relays.

Competition gets underway at 8:30 a.m. on Friday with morning heats and evening finals. Morning heats and evening finals continue on Saturday and conclude on Sunday.

Individual age group and team awards will be presented at the wrap up of Sunday’s finals session.
