The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador:

16 and Under Female and 17 and Under Male
Provincial Volleyball Championships

The Newfoundland and Labrador Volleyball Association will have teams in competition this weekend for the 16 and under female and 17 and under male provincial championships. The 16U Female being held in Clarenville will have 22 teams while the 17U male in Corner Brook will house five teams.

The tournaments will begin on Friday afternoon with the championship games on Saturday. For a complete list of all teams and schedules please visit the NLVA website at www.nlva.net  or contact the provincial office at 576-0817.
