Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Federal-Provincial-Territorial Meeting 

The Honourable Terry French, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will be in Halifax, Nova Scotia, tomorrow (Thursday, February 10) to attend a federal-provincial-territorial meeting for ministers responsible for sport, recreation and physical activity. The meeting takes place at the Westin Nova Scotian Hotel, February 10-11.

Meetings will include discussions on Canada Games financing, Canadian sport policy renewal, physical activity targets for children and youth, and the promotion of physical activity in the after-school time period.
