Media Advisory: Minister to Address West Coast Oil and Gas Symposium

The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Natural Resources, will address the sixth International Symposium on Oil and Gas Resources in Western Newfoundland tomorrow (Wednesday, August 24) at 8:30 a.m. The symposium will take place at the Marble Mountain Ski Resort in Steady Brook.

This annual symposium, hosted by the Greater Corner Brook Board of Trade and the Western Newfoundland Oil and Gas Steering Committee, is focused on the attraction and promotion of petroleum exploration activity on the province’s west coast.
