Media Advisory: Ministers to Make Agriculture Announcement

The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Natural Resources and Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, and the Honourable Peter Penashue, Federal Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, on behalf of Federal Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz will be in St. John’s tomorrow (Thursday, August 18) to make an announcement in support of the future of the agriculture and agri-food industry in the province.

The announcement will take place at the Atlantic Cool Crop Research Centre at 308 Brookfield Avenue at 11:00 a.m.
