Media Advisory: Minister to Address Reverse Trade Show

The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, will bring opening remarks at the Meet the Buyers Reverse Trade Show tomorrow (Tuesday, November 22) at 1:00 p.m. The event takes place at the Comfort Inn, Airport Road in St. John’s.

Minister Hutchings will be joined by Paula Sheppard, Executive Director, Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs, and Christine Snow, Executive Director, Northeast Avalon Regional Economic Development Board.

The Meet the Buyers Reverse Trade Show provides suppliers with insight into the scope of products and services purchased by the public sector, as well as a greater understanding of how best to market and sell their products to a multi-billion dollar sector. For procurers from the public sector, it equips them with greater knowledge of the depth of products and services that exist in Newfoundland and Labrador.
