Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in
Opening Ceremonies of Employers’ Conference

The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, will speak at the opening ceremonies of the Newfoundland and Labrador Employers’ Council Conference at 8:45 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday, November 16). The conference takes place at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland in St. John’s.

Established in 1982, the Newfoundland and Labrador Employers’ Council Conference enables employers to present a collective point of view on employment issues, including areas such as labour standards, labour relations, employment law, human resource management, occupational health and safety, workers' compensation, and employment insurance.
