Media Advisory: Minister to Announce Initiative that Supports Women Entrepreneurs

The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will announce a partnership with the Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs (NLOWE) tomorrow (Tuesday, August 23). The announcement will begin at 1:00 p.m. and take place at BrenKir Industrial Supply on 15 Glencoe Drive in Mount Pearl.

NLOWE works with women starting or growing businesses in Newfoundland and Labrador. Since 1997, it has assisted more than 6,000 clients start more than 800 new businesses, and created over 1,700 new employment positions throughout the province.
