Media Advisory: Minister to Attend SEUS-CP Conference in New Brunswick

The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will attend the Southeastern United States-Canadian Provinces (SEUS-CP) fourth annual conference in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The conference will begin on Sunday, June 12, and conclude on Tuesday, June 14, and take place at the Fredericton Convention Centre.

Delegations, led by state governors and provincial premiers, or designates, comprise business and industry leaders from many business sectors. The conference is expected to attract approximately 300 business and government leaders from Canada and the United States presenting a unique opportunity to build important partnerships.

Established in Montreal in 2007, the SEUS-CP Alliance is a strategic trade and investment-focused affiliation between six southeastern American states (Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama) and seven Canadian provinces (Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba).
