Media Advisory: Minister to Speak at NLOWE Conference in Corner Brook

The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development and Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, is speaking at the opening ceremonies of the Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs’ (NLOWE) annual conference tonight (Wednesday, March 30). The event begins at 7:00 p.m. and will take place in the studio section of the Pepsi Centre in Corner Brook.

NLOWE works with women who are starting or growing businesses in Newfoundland and Labrador. Since 1997, it has assisted more than 6,000 clients start more than 800 new businesses, and created over 1,700 new employment positions throughout the province.
