Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in Investment Announcement

The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will participate in the announcement of an investment in ClearRisk Inc. by GrowthWorks Atlantic Venture Fund, tomorrow (Tuesday, January 18).

The event will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland’s Garrison/Signal Room.

ClearRisk Inc. is a St. John’s-based software developer. Its product helps companies prevent loss and reduce risk-related cost, such as insurance premiums and deductibles, uninsured losses, and employee downtime.

GrowthWorks is a leader in Canadian venture capital management. Its managed funds provide investment capital for Canadian companies and tax-advantaged investment opportunities for Canadian investors.
