Media Advisory: Funding for Bridge Replacement to be Announced

Len Simms, Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, on behalf of the Honourable Darin King, Minister Responsible for Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, will announce funding to replace an access bridge to a seniors complex in Norman’s Cove.

The announcement will take place at 2:00 p.m. tomorrow (Wednesday, August 31), at the Green Mountain Lodge in Norman’s Cove. Mr. Simms will be joined by Calvin Peach, MHA for Bellevue; Clement (Reg) Newhook, Chair of the Board of Directors of Green Mountain Lodge; and Norman’s Cove Mayor Eva Bennett.
