Schedule of Hearings for 2011

The Standing Fish Price-Setting Panel announced today that as per Section 19 of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act, it is setting the following dates by which collective agreements binding on all processors in the province that process these individual fish species must be in effect. In the absence of such binding agreements the panel will conduct the following hearings:

The hearings are scheduled to take place at 2:00 p.m. on the dates noted at the Labour Relations Board hearings room on the ground floor of the Beothuck Building, 20 Crosbie Place, St. John’s.
