Media Advisory: Minister to Release Chronic Disease Strategy

The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Health and Community Services, will release a chronic disease prevention and management strategy on Monday, December 19. Minister Sullivan will be joined by Carol Ann Smith, Regional Director, Canadian Diabetes Association.

The announcement will take place at the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building, at 1:00 p.m.
