Media Advisory: Minister to Address Canadian Medical Association

The Honourable Jerome Kennedy, Minister of Health and Community Services, will address the 144th Annual Meeting and General Council of the Canadian Medical Association on Monday, August 22.

The Canadian Medical Association is the national voice of physicians in Canada. It is the only national body that serves and unites the country's medical community. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the St. John’s Convention Centre. Minister Kennedy is scheduled to address the delegates at 8:45 a.m.
