Media Advisory: Minister to Outline New Legislation for Practice of Medicine

The Honourable Jerome Kennedy, Minister of Health and Community Services, will hold a news conference today (Monday, April 11) to announce legislative changes regarding the practice of medicine in the province. Minister Kennedy will be joined by Dr. Vinod Patel, Chair of the Council of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The event will take place at 11:00 a.m. in the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building.
